This Delivery Policy outlines the terms and conditions for delivering products purchased through the Platform operated by VAJ Home Bakers. By placing an order, you agree to the delivery terms stated below.

Delivery Timeline

We aim to process and deliver all orders promptly. Delivery timelines depend on the product type and the delivery address. Most orders are delivered within 2-5 business days from the date of order confirmation. However, delivery of certain customized or made-to-order items, such as cakes, may require additional time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges may vary based on the order value, delivery location, and product type. Any applicable delivery charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order. We may offer free delivery for certain orders or locations as part of promotional offers.

Delivery Address

It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Orders will be delivered to the address provided at the time of order placement. If the address is incorrect or incomplete, delivery may be delayed, and additional charges may apply for redelivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor the progress of your delivery. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated after dispatch.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to the recipient being unavailable, our delivery partner may make additional attempts. If the order remains undelivered after multiple attempts, it may be returned to us, and additional redelivery charges may apply.

Delivery Restrictions

Deliveries are only available within specified serviceable locations. If your delivery address is outside our serviceable area, you will be notified during the order placement process. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.

Inspection and Acceptance

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the package for any damage or discrepancies. If you notice any issues, report them to our customer service team immediately. Failure to report issues within 2 days of delivery may void your claim for resolution.
